At TriggerTech Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any Canada Post location and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
